Frequently asked questions
How often should I bathe my dog?
For most dogs every 4 to 8 weeks. More often only for heavy soiling, allergies or on a vet's advice.
Can I use human shampoo?
No. Dog skin has a higher pH and is thinner. Human shampoo dries it out and leads to itching.
Do I need conditioner?
Not essential on a short coat. On a long or dense coat it makes combing possible without pulling and reduces matting.
Where do the products come from?
We import directly from the manufacturers in the EU and stock them in Sofia. Courier delivery across Bulgaria in 1 to 2 working days.
