Right of withdrawal
You may return a product within 14 days of the date of receipt without giving a reason.
What can be returned
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging, with no signs of use.
What cannot be returned
Cosmetic products whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery. This is the hygiene exception under art. 57, item 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. If you are unsure whether a product will suit your dog, get the sample set.
How to return
- Email bobi@bathandbrush.eu with your order number and the products you are returning. You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
- Send the products within 14 days of notifying us, to the address we give in our reply. Pack them so they cannot be damaged.
- Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty or wrong.
Refunds
We refund the product price and the standard delivery cost to you within 14 days of receiving the parcel, to a bank account you provide. With cash on delivery we do not have your bank details, so we will ask for them by email.
Faulty or wrong product
Photograph the parcel and product and write to us within 48 hours of receipt. We send a replacement at our cost or refund the full amount including delivery, at your choice.
