1. Who we are

This online shop (bathandbrush.eu) is operated by Invert Logic Ltd. (Инвърт Лоджик ЕООД), company ID 205248311, registered at Lyulin 7, bl. 724, entr. B, fl. 3, apt. 44, 1324 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: bobi@bathandbrush.eu.

2. Scope

These terms govern purchases made through bathandbrush.eu. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, do not order.

3. Products and prices

We sell cosmetics and accessories for dogs. All prices are in euro and are final consumer prices. The company is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT (art. 113, para. 9 of the Bulgarian VAT Act). Delivery cost is shown separately before you confirm the order. We may change prices; the price at the time of your order applies to you.

4. Orders

Orders are placed through the site. After submitting you receive an email confirming we have received it. The contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods. If a product is unavailable, we will let you know and you will not be charged.

5. Payment

We accept cash on delivery (cash or card with the courier, depending on the courier's options). Other payment methods, if added, will be listed at checkout.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Bulgaria with Econt or Speedy. Times, costs and conditions are in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, under art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. Exception: cosmetic products whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (art. 57, item 5 of the Act). Details in the Refund Policy.

8. Warranty and complaints

Products conform to their description and to the applicable rules for animal cosmetics. If a product is faulty or wrong, write to us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We send a replacement or refund at our cost. Complaints are handled under the Consumer Protection Act.

9. Liability

Products are for external use on dogs as directed on the packaging. They are not medicines and do not replace a veterinary examination. Information on the site and blog is general and is not veterinary advice.

10. Personal data

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes

If there is a dispute, write to us first; we usually sort things out directly. If not, you may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg) or its General Conciliation Commission for alternative dispute resolution. Bulgarian law applies; Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. The version published on the site at the time of your order applies.
