Where we deliver

Across Bulgaria, to an Econt or Speedy office or to your address.

When we dispatch

Orders received on a working day before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Others the next working day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery time

1 to 2 working days after dispatch for Sofia and larger cities, up to 3 working days for smaller towns. Times depend on the courier and are not guaranteed by us.

Cost

4.60 € for orders under 36 €. Free delivery for orders of 36 € or more. The cost is shown in the cart before you confirm.

Payment on delivery

You pay the courier on receipt. Cash on delivery is settled by postal money order and the courier's receipt is your proof of payment.

Checking the parcel

You may open and inspect the parcel in front of the courier before paying. If it is damaged, refuse it and write to us.

Uncollected parcels

A parcel not collected from the courier's office within the courier's holding period is returned to us. If we resend it, delivery is charged again.
