Shipping

We ship across Bulgaria with Econt or Speedy, to an office or to your address. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being received. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

Shipping cost: 4.60 € for orders under 36 €. Orders of 36 € or more ship free.

Returns

You can return an unopened product in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

To return a product, email us at the address on the Contact page with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty or wrong. We refund by the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Faulty or wrong product

If a product arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we send a replacement at our cost. Photograph the parcel and packaging and write to us within 48 hours of receipt.
