Who it is for: if you are not sure which shampoo suits your dog, or your dog has sensitive skin and you want to patch-test first.
How to use: 10 ml is enough for one bath of a small to medium dog. Try it, watch how the skin and coat react over a few days, then order the full size.
Contents: 3 x 10 ml. Concentrate: the shampoos can be diluted with water up to 1:10.

We ship across Bulgaria with Econt, to an office or to your address. Orders received on a working day before 14:00 are dispatched the same day, the rest on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch, up to 3 working days for smaller towns and villages.
Shipping cost: 4.60 € for orders under 36 €. Orders of 36 € or more ship free.
Returns
You can return an unopened product in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
To return a product, email us at the address on the Contact page with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty or wrong. We refund by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Faulty or wrong product
If a product is faulty, damaged in transit or we sent the wrong item, we send a replacement at our cost or refund the full amount including delivery, whichever you prefer. Photograph the parcel and packaging and write to us within 48 hours of receipt.
