Shampoo and conditioner for a complete bath at home: the shampoo of your choice, 250 ml, plus Silky & Shine conditioner 250 ml.
Which shampoo to pick: Sensitive for sensitive skin, itching or a puppy. Shine & Comb for shine and easy brushing on healthy skin.
How to use: shampoo, rinse, conditioner, rinse or leave in. The shampoo is a concentrate and can be diluted with water up to 1:10.
Contents: 2 products, 250 ml each. The set price is 1.90 € below the sum of the two products.
Safety information: The products are not for consumption. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Shake the conditioner before use.

We ship across Bulgaria with Econt, to an office or to your address. Orders received on a working day before 14:00 are dispatched the same day, the rest on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch, up to 3 working days for smaller towns and villages.
Shipping cost: 4.60 € for orders under 36 €. Orders of 36 € or more ship free.
Returns
You can return an unopened product in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
To return a product, email us at the address on the Contact page with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty or wrong. We refund by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Faulty or wrong product
If a product is faulty, damaged in transit or we sent the wrong item, we send a replacement at our cost or refund the full amount including delivery, whichever you prefer. Photograph the parcel and packaging and write to us within 48 hours of receipt.
